Redesign the Fortnum & Mason new Fresh counters and Wine department. The Piccadilly store wanted to create a destination for their luxury food hall, with hands on and crafted food preparation with storytelling with illustration opportunities for Truffles, Foie Gras, Caviar, Salmon.
For wine and champagne there needed to be a higher stock density and to be presented in a open and accessible way. The design solution is to be approachable and engaging, not impenetrable.
To bring classic styling and luxury materials to a these exquisite counter designs, with an underlying operational solution that allows the staff to perform their artisan food preparation skills in front of their customers.
