The Big Idea

The atmosphere and variety of Japanese street food.

The MISSION

Interiors Project Leader, masterplanning, design development, visualisation and detail drawing package.

Working in collaboration with Mystery brand agency I was asked to create a unique restaurant interior concept for a street scene inspired by the streets of Harajuku which is a very cool and interesting district found in the city of Tokyo.

OUR APproach

Having previously visited the Harajuku district of Tokyo, Malem developed the concept and street inspired reference points with Mystery Designs’ brand development team.

We refined each stage through regular discussions with the Moscow based client via Skype calls and presentations.

Once the concept was agreed, Malem then produced all the design intent working drawing packages for the local architectural team to implement.
