To change the customer perception of a high street insurance provider from a slightly intimidating estate agents that also feels like an office to become a welcoming and helpful retail store.
We developed the concept from a customer focussed point of view. We introduced simple initiatives like a customer greeting point upon arrival. We designed side-by-side informal consultation areas and a privacy area towards the rear. These promoted conversations that could be more in-depth as you move through the store interior.
